If selected, my email response will include your appointment date and time, instructions for the day, and answers to any questions you may have listed below.
To help me create a design that truly reflects your vision, please share any stories or meanings behind the piece. I’d love to personalize it as much as possible. Feel free to include any specific details or sentiments that are important to you!
I am currently scheduling for 1st of November, 2024 - 31st of January, 2025.
I am not taking appointments on holidays or weekends.
You may submit multiple pieces for consideration. Depending on my schedule, I may be able to accommodate all, a few or select one.
You must include at least one reference photo with your submission.
If you are submitting for matching tattoos (same design), please include all names involved and submit them together using one form. For separate designs or individuals, kindly send separate forms.
**PLEASE READ FAQ BEFORE BOOKING**
Once bookings are full/closed, we will no longer be responsive to emails.
If you have any questions not answered in the FAQs, or if there's something specific you'd like me to know that isn't covered in the form, please share it here.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow up to two weeks for us to get back to you should your submission be selected for this round of appointments.
