Please read this form carefully and ensure you have reviewed the FAQ section prior to submission. This will help you understand my process and how to prepare for your appointment.
When scheduling, my email response will include your appointment date and time, instructions for the day, and answers to any questions you may have listed below.
Please ensure this form is submitted before I open my submissions. I will prebook and prioritize touch-ups and follow-ups, so you’ll be placed on my schedule first. However, you won’t receive an appointment until I start booking clients for the upcoming months. If you submit this form when or after my books have opened, you’ll be scheduled during the next Submission period.
If you’d like to add another tattoo, please mention it in the inquiry section and submit the Submission Form once my bookings are open. If you’re planning to have another piece done soon, I’d appreciate doing the touch up at the same time to minimize waste.
Please do not submit touch ups for work not done by IAMEXTINKT.
Please make sure to select your availability as accurately as you can. I will book your appointment accordingly to the best of my ability.
I apologize for having to limit my availability. It is difficult to predict how much time is needed exactly for larger projects. I am now booking smaller appointments and touch ups earlier in the day and the larger appointments in the late afternoon/evening.
I am not taking appointments on holidays or weekends.
You will not receive a reply for scheduling until we are set to book for the months stated.
Once bookings are full/closed, we will no longer be responsive to emails.
